SMS program

Opted sends account notifications to phones their owners verify with a one-time code: alerts, status updates and reminders that the owner's own software sends to them. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

No marketing or promotional messages from shared numbers. Business numbers may text only people with an opt-in on record, and only for the use case approved by carriers. No phishing, impersonation, or content about sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco or cannabis. Every message is screened automatically; we may hold or block messages and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your responsibilities

You choose who receives your messages, what they say and when they are sent, and you warrant you have consent for every recipient. You are responsible for carrier fines caused by your traffic, and you agree to indemnify Happii Apps LLC for claims arising from messages you send.
